No Inducement: We make no promises of clients, leads, or revenue generation to professionals.
No Rankings: We do not host comparative rankings, public ratings, or subjective testimonials that compare advocates.
Non-exclusivity: ILO does not enter into exclusive arrangements with any advocate. Professionals are entirely independent.
To prevent any form of promoted advertising or preferential treatment, the platform employs a strict algorithmic visibility logic:

Profiles in search results rotate systematically to ensure equitable visibility for all active participants in a practice area.
Practice-Area Matching
Results are generated strictly based on the objective metadata selected (e.g., location, area of law) without subjective weighting.
Zero Paid Placement
Subscription tiers grant access to backend tools and physical spaces, never to "top spot" search placements.

Role Demarcation
There is a hard structural wall between the platform and the practice of law. ILO functions solely as the digital co-working space and software vendor.
All attorney-client privileges, liabilities, communications, and legal advice remain the exclusive responsibility of the enrolled advocate.ILO is never a party to the legal relationship between the client and the professional.
Our Foundation & CSR
We believe in giving back to the legal community and society at large. A fixed, transparent percentage of ILO's net profits is diverted annually to our Foundation arm.
These funds are used to support access to justice initiatives, legal literacy programs in rural areas, and scholarships for deserving law students. We publish an annual transparency report detailing all foundation activities.
